3MTT Program What To Do To Be Shortlisted For The First Phase – The management of the 3MTT Program has started sending out emails to invite applicants to update their profiles. This is an opportunity for them to be considered for the first phase of the recruitment process, where 30,000 candidates will be selected.
To participate in this process, applicants are required to complete their profiles on the 3MTT (Three Million Technical Talent) portal. They need to update their profiles, indicate the course they are interested in, and provide information about their experience. Additionally, they will need to complete a questionnaire.
It is important to note that the responses given during this phase will not be used for assessment purposes. Instead, they will help the management team understand how to create the most effective learning pathway for each
The following steps are crucial for finalizing your participation in the program:
- Email Verification: To complete your registration, please click on the link provided in the email sent to the address you provided during the application process.
- Password Creation: Once you have verified your email address, you will be prompted to create a secure password. This password will grant you access to the 3MTT portal and its resources.
- Application Completion: After successfully signing in and creating your password, you will need to provide additional information to complete your application.
This will involve confirming your course and experience level, as well as completing a questionnaire.
Please be aware that in order to be considered for the first phase of 30,000 fellows (representing 1% of our 3 Million target), you must complete your application by 11:59pm on Sunday, November 12th, 2023. The selected fellows for this phase will be notified by November 15th, 2023.
If you are not chosen for the first training phase, your application will still be kept in queue for the next batch.
